We’ve worked with Coors primarily in the union relations area, and to help in leadership transitions. In the union relations realm, we helped win employees over to the company’s position during a difficult contract negotiation, and also helped fight a union organizing attempt. In executive transitions, we helped introduce a new VP of Operations to the organizations right before the contract negotiations began.
