Macy has worked from the CEO suite to the front line.  Her primary focus has been to help leaders drive employee behavior in support of company strategies.  Working with Fortune 150 companies, she has helped executive leaders engage employees to deliver new sales strategies, facilitate major changes in compensation and organizational structure, and respond to media and regulatory attacks. For several years Macy led a cross - functional team at a major manufacturing company, served as advisor to the president of the company’s largest division, and counseled the CEO on leadership activities. Her work focused on aligning the company’s sixteen thousand employees behind its vision and driving successful execution of cost, quality, brand, and union - relationship strategies. Macy also was a senior counselor and co-leader at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. At the outset of her career, Macy served as a Governor ’ s Fellow under Indiana ’ s Governor Evan Bayh, who selected her to participate in a leadership development program designed to develop future leaders in state government. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Smith College and studied at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
