We work at two levels. We help leaders communicate, but perhaps more importantly our approach builds the communication capability of an organization. This translates into continuing improvement in operating effectiveness. It also reduces the need for outside consultants, and enables communication professionals inside the organization to play a more strategic role. As the old adage goes -- give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. (And as Dilbert would add -- talk to a hungry man about fish, and you’re a consultant.) The same goes for organizations and their ability to communicate.
