We offer a number of qualitative and quantitative measurement tools that diagnose issues and show the impact of our work.  They range from simple “discussion groups” among employees that will identify the motivational connections to the company and work, to complex survey instruments that identify causal linkages between communication and metrics such as quality, defect rates, overtime and others.  As the adage goes “what gets measured gets done.”  We include measurement in all our work.
